• Turnaround time varies from 1 week to 6 weeks. Generally expect your item to be shipped out within 3 weeks.
• I ship first class USPS mail [3-5 days]. Occasionally there are delays in the mail system which I cannot control.
• You are welcome to purchase shipping insurance. Contact me for an invoice and rates.
• International customers are responsible for any customs or duties fees.
  
• Returns and exchanges are not accepted, as the items are hand made for you. If you discover a flaw, please notify me within 48 hours of receipt and I will do my best to rectify the situation with a replacement.
